Nate and Demetrius arrived right at the beginning of their promised window and were both extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They conducted an exhaustive inspection, cleaning, and lubrication of the entire system, explaining what they were doing along the way and answering my questions with patience and clarity. It’s rare to find technicians who take such pride in their work and treat a customer’s home with respect. A good experience with Area Access installing a custom Symmetry brand elevator in our home. Lynette was very helpful walking us through our options in the Showroom as we knew nothing about them. Ace Wilkins Construction did a great job building the shaft and relocating our washer!dryer. The final install team headed by Vince could not have been more professional and courteous. It’s a big job to do this, and it’s not inexpensive. We are both in our 80's and have to rely on the elevator in the townhouse. Due to a power shortage the elevator stopped working. At 8:00 AM I called their office. Amy, who answered, desires a raise in pay. Somehow, she was able to get a repair person to us in about 3 hours on the same day! Now, the elevator is working perfectly.
